Job summary

Baker Tilly International's Bangalore - BTVK Advisory is seeking a Senior Workday Report Developer to design, build, and maintain Workday reports across HCM, Finance, and PSA. You will develop Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, create complex calculated fields, and work with Workday BOs and data sources.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and support biannual releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required in IT, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday development with hands-on experience in designing and supporting Workday solutions.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting frameworks, and functional concepts.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and post-production support activities.
• Knowledge of Workday release management, including impact analysis and deployment support.
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning and delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; strong communication.
