Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to architect and support Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence configurations from our Bangalore office. The role emphasizes cross-platform integration with ServiceNow HRSD, Jira, and Confluence, plus managing HR case lifecycles and agile workflows.

You will partner with global teams to translate country requirements into compliant configurations, ensuring accuracy and scalable processes across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring HR technology platforms, with deep specialization in Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence configuration.
• Proven experience managing HR case lifecycles, SLA adherence, and intake triaging in ServiceNow HRSD, plus practical Agile experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate global regulatory rules and labor requirements into compliant system configurations and cross-country workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence modules to deliver operational accuracy and intuitive user experiences.
• Design end-to-end workflows connecting Workday with ServiceNow HRSD, Jira, and Confluence; evaluate external options when Workday limits are reached.
• Manage case workflows, SLAs, and ticket triaging in ServiceNow HRSD; review biannual Workday releases for enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders to implement global HR initiatives across countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Core HR Technology : Architect, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence modules—including accruals, time tracking, eligibility rules, business processes, and calculated fields to deliver operational accuracy and intuitive user experiences.
• Drive Cross-Platform Integration : Design end-to-end workflows connecting Workday with ServiceNow HRSD, Jira, Confluence, and third-party vendor platforms, confidently recommending full-stack or external alternatives when Workday boundaries are reached.
• Lead System Support & Release Governance : Manage case management workflows, SLA compliance, and ticket triaging within ServiceNow HRSD while evaluating biannual Workday feature releases to drive continuous platform enhancement.
• Partner Globally for Strategic Impact : Translate multi-country labor requirements into compliant system configurations, collaborating across cross-functional teams and aligning closely with US-based stakeholders to execute global HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Core Technical Expertise : 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring HR technology platforms, with deep specialization in Workday Core HCM and Time & Absence configuration, advanced reporting, and calculated field design.
• Platform & Process Proficiency : Proven experience managing HR case lifecycles, SLA adherence, and intake triaging in ServiceNow HRSD, paired with practical experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical Problem-Solving & Collaboration : Strong ability to exercise independent judgment on complex challenges, interpret global regulatory rules, and collaborate across international teams—including flexibility to support late IST working hours for US stakeholder alignment.
• Location : We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies , unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
