Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist - Wireless & Network with 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise Wi‑Fi, site surveys, and RF analysis. The role focuses on wireless troubleshooting, AP/ controller configurations, and end‑to‑end survey implementations for global clients.

The position requires strong experience with Wi‑Fi surveys, heatmaps, and RF spectrum analysis, and familiarity with major vendor ecosystems such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, or Ruckus.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Wi‑Fi deployments and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands‑on in RF analysis, heatmaps, site surveys, and coverage validation.
• Ability to generate professional Wi‑Fi survey reports with findings and recommendations.
• Knowledge of Cisco/Aruba/Meraki/Ruckus wireless ecosystems and integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for enterprise wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi connectivity, roaming, and performance issues.
• Configure and monitor Wireless APs and Wireless Controllers.
• Support new wireless deployments and AP installations.
• Perform Wi‑Fi site surveys and RF analyses to plan deployments.
• Create Wi‑Fi heatmaps and survey reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with network, security, and infrastructure teams for end‑to‑end resolution.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Wireless Network Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in enterprise Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, wireless network deployment, optimization, and Wi‑Fi site surveys.

The candidate should have practical experience working with Wireless Access Points, Wireless Controllers, RF analysis, Wi‑Fi survey tools, heatmap analysis, coverage/capacity validation, and wireless performance troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for enterprise wireless network environments.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi connectivity, authentication, roaming, coverage, and performance issues.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers.
• Support new wireless deployments and AP installations.
• Perform Wi‑Fi site surveys and wireless network assessments.
• Conduct predictive, passive, and active wireless surveys.
• Perform RF analysis and spectrum analysis.
• Create and analyze Wi‑Fi heatmaps for:
• Signal strength / RSSI , SNR , Noise ,Channel utilization, Coverage
• Interference , Capacity
• Recommend appropriate AP placement, channel allocation, and transmit power based on survey findings.
• Perform pre‑deployment and post‑deployment wireless validation.
• Identify coverage gaps, interference areas, and high‑density wireless locations.
• Prepare professional Wi‑Fi survey reports including findings and recommendations.
• Work with onsite engineers and customers during wireless surveys and deployments.
• Coordinate with network, security, and infrastructure teams for end‑to‑end issue resolution.
• Perform RCA for recurring wireless issues.
• Maintain wireless documentation, AP inventory, floor plans, survey reports, and SOPs.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests within defined SLA.
• Escalate complex wireless/RF issues to L3/SME or vendor support.

Wi‑Fi Survey Tools – Required / Preferred Experience

Hands‑on experience with Wi‑Fi survey and RF analysis tools is strongly preferred.
