The Artistic Company in Chennai is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft brand films and short-form videos. You will work on reels, promotional content, and social media assets, ensuring high production quality from concept to final delivery.

The role requires expert knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, strong color grading, and motion graphics skills. You will collaborate with design, videography and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual stories.

Senior Video Editor

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Edit brand films, advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, titles, and visual effects.
• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading using DaVinci Resolve.
• Enhance videos through audio editing, sound design, and music synchronisation.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, creative teams, and marketing professionals.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in DaVinci Resolve
• Excellent knowledge of colour correction and cinematic colour grading
• Strong skills in Motion Graphics and Animation
• Good understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing
• Ability to independently manage projects from raw footage to final delivery

Preferred

• DaVinci Resolve Fusion, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, or VFX experience.
