About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President - Solutioning & Transitions to lead and manage our Consulting and Transitions teams. The role will be pivotal in driving consultative selling, ensuring seamless client project transitions, and delivering client and business value across the enterprise. The candidate will collaborate closely with business development, delivery, and client partner teams, focusing on the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solutioning Leadership:
    • Own and drive cross-capability solutioning across the enterprise.
    • Define and implement a strategic solutioning framework, including processes, tools, and templates.
    • Lead solutioning strategy and deliver compelling client presentations with internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with pre-sales, client partners, business development, delivery, and finance teams to design winning solutions and approve pricing/margins.
    • Drive consultative selling approaches, ensuring innovative and competitive proposals.
    • Leverage deep insurance expertise to position differentiators and win deals.
  • Transitions Leadership:
    • Oversee smooth transition of client projects to delivery teams.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure client-focused outcomes.
    • Align and collaborate with corporate and delivery functions to provide required transition support.
  • Team & Business Growth:
    • Build, manage, and mentor solutioning teams (Leads, Managers, Pricing experts).
    • Drive solutioning and consulting revenue growth through new and existing clients.
    • Support account growth via opportunity pipeline management (hunting & farming).
    • Drive standardized methodologies and ensure brand/solution consistency across engagements.
Skills & Experience
  • 20+ years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, with global solutioning, consulting, or business development exposure.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations across functional areas. (CPCU, CIC, or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven expertise in managing complex transitions/projects.
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability in business solutioning, consultative sales support, and deal closure.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and personal acumen.
  • Established senior-level connections in insurer/reinsurer/broker/MGA markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 20%).
