Job summary

Senior Vice President, Agile Coach at BNY is based in Pune within the ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION OFFICE. You will lead agile transformation across lines of business, guiding executive stakeholders and coaching scrum teams to adopt scalable practices.

You’ll mentor leaders, design long-term roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide improvements, setting a standard for agile excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) preferred.
• 15-22 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide Scrum teams.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and practices to drive project success.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and foster continuous improvement within the organization.
