The ideal candidate has 14+ years in finance, CA/CFA/MBA, and a track record in building high-performing teams, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration with strategy and operations.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of relevant work experience in finance or CFO services.
• CA/CFA/MBA in Finance preferred.
• Experience leading large teams (300+ people) and multiple VP-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive capacity management by aligning staffing, utilization, budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Establish quality frameworks, review mechanisms and cadences to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Manage internal stakeholder engagement across leadership and delivery teams.
• Drive performance appraisal processes to strengthen accountability and retention.
• Groom future leaders (VPs) and chart long-term career paths within the service line.
• Collaborate with training, staffing, budgets and forecasts for the team.
• Oversee a team of ~300 through 20+ Vice Presidents.

About the Department

The Value Realization (VR) Team is a specialized function responsible for driving strategic oversight, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across critical delivery functions within the CFO’s Office Services, one of TresVista’s key service offerings. The team plays an integral role in strengthening delivery effectiveness by managing capacity planning, supporting automation and transformation initiatives, enhancing quality frameworks, overseeing reporting mechanisms, enabling AI adoption, and contributing to structured performance appraisal processes. Through a combination of process governance, data-driven insights, and cross-functional coordination, the VR Team helps improve service consistency, optimize resource utilization, and elevate overall delivery standards. The team also supports organizational capability building by identifying improvement opportunities, promoting scalable best practices, and fostering leadership development across delivery teams.

The Role & Responsibilities

Leadership and Managerial:

• Leading adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Driving capacity management across the service line by aligning staffing, utilization, budgets, and forecasts with evolving client and business requirements
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across processes
• Establishing quality frameworks, review mechanisms, and cadences to monitor performance, and drive improvement
• Managing internal stakeholder engagement across leadership, delivery teams, and strategy teams
• Driving performance appraisal processes to strengthen accountability, effectiveness, and talent retention
• Grooming future leaders (VPs) and charting their long‑term path within the service line
• Collaborating with internal teams to determine training, staffing, budgets, and forecasts for the team
• Managing team of about 300 people through 20+ Vice Presidents. Retaining the best talent and providing opportunities for their long‑term success

Product and Stakeholder Management:

• Improving the quality of service by establishing new processes, steps, checks, and balances
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with overall business objectives
• Contributing to the overall operational strategy and responsible for the implementation of the strategy within the team
• Working closely with strategy teams for budgeting of people hiring, and client acquisition
• Driving quality across deliverables by strengthening review mechanisms, process controls, and accountability within team

Technical Understanding:

• Strong leadership and team building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, and deployment of resources
• Knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculation, performance calculation, and financial instrument valuation

Experience

14+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, CA/CFA/MBA in Finance preferred
