Role Overview

You''ll architect the interface between powerful AI and human creativity, making complex brand consistency challenges feel effortless across both still and motion content. Think less about traditional workflows and more about crafting magical moments where technology amplifies creative vision across all visual media.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape how creatives interact with AI to maintain brand consistency across images and videos
• Own end-to-end design strategy across product application and marketing website
• Make independent, data-informed decisions on design direction without constant oversight
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features and marketing pages (1-2 day turnaround for templated solutions)
• Takeover and maintain our Figma design system that scales across all platforms
• Create compelling marketing visuals and product UI components that showcase our AI capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering team to ensure feasible, pixel-perfect implementation
• Drive UX research & competitive analysis initiatives to validate design decisions
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years crafting UX and marketing design B2B users love
