We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive, delightful experiences for modern AI-driven digital products. You will analyze target users, their goals, and workflows to design optimized, trustworthy interactions that turn complex AI capabilities into clear, usable value. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and researchers to gather insights, conduct generative and evaluative user research, and translate findings into end-to-end design solutions that enhance usability and deliver a genuine “wow” experience.You'll work in an iterative design process across discovery, prototyping, and validation, ensuring user needs are integrated throughout the development cycle.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

• Drive End-to-end Product Design-to-End Product Design
  • Own the full UX design lifecycle—from discovery and concept exploration to low-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Translate complex product requirements (including agent-driven workflows and AI behavior models) into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
• Create Scalable Design Systems
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system tailored for AI-powered and marketplace-specific UI components.
  • Ensure consistency across responsive surfaces and cross platform experiences.
• Drive User Research & Insights
  • Conducting user research, persona building, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, microcopy, and accessibility compliance.
  • Run usability tests focused on agent behavior comprehension, trust, explainability, and user mental models.
  • Triangulate qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Partner with Product, Data Science & Engineering
  • Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to shape how autonomous agents present decisions, recommendations, and reasoning.
  • Work with product managers to define problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics.
  • Support engineering through detailed specifications and iterative design reviews.
• Champion User-Centered, Ethical AI Design
  • Advocate for fairness, transparency, and user trust when designing agent interactions.
  • Establish patterns for notification, privacy, nudging, and consent around agent-initiated actions.
  • You will champion ethical, transparent AI UX patterns and help establish design guidelines.
• Measure & Optimize UX Quality
  • Define UX metrics tied to marketplace efficiency, agent usability, trust, and comprehension.
  • Use data, experimentation, and insights to continuously refine the experience.
• Elevate the Design Practice
  • Uphold high craft quality, clear communication, and strategic design thinking across the product team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in User experience design / Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent degrees or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in enterprise product design or SAAS platform solution design or AI native end-to-end automation platform.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience in creating, maintaining and using design components, UX patterns, or systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good To Have:

• Intent mapping, semantic discovery, orchestration design, UT, contextual content design, and adaptive affordance design methodology.
• Ability to articulate insights from data, user research, and to drive design decisions. Ability to carry out Usability Testing and Alignment testing to ensure concept thinking to production takes place through swift transition.
• Ability to work and ideate in Blue Sky thinking / Innovative / New to the world product environments
