Job summary

Linde India is seeking a senior UX designer to own the UX process for Global AI applications, from discovery through delivery, coordinating with developers and business teams to translate requirements into intuitive web and mobile interfaces.

You will create and maintain Figma design systems, deliver annotated specs for handoffs, ensure accessibility, and advocate for UX standards across the portfolio, joining a global leader in industrial gases.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, UX, or related field.
• Strong portfolio with responsive enterprise UI and data-heavy workflows.
• Formal training or certification in related technology or processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure Global AI UI/UX follows best practices for usability and adoption.
• You will own the UX process from discovery through delivery, including research and wireframes.
• You will translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible web/mobile interfaces.
• You will collaborate with developers, product, and design peers throughout the process.
• You will create and maintain Figma design systems, libraries, and docs.
• You will produce annotated specs and handoff assets for developers.
• You will audit and consolidate design systems across the portfolio.
• You will advocate for UX standards and governance across the application landscape.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• You will ensure all Global AI applications feature best practice UI/UX, executing this efficiently and cost-effectively to maximize user adoption
• You will own the entire UX process for Global AI applications from discovery through delivery, including research, flows, wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and UI specifications
• And you will translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences for web and mobile applications, designing responsive interfaces that align with a consistent design language
• You will actively engage with developers, functional, and business colleagues throughout the design process
• You will create and maintain Figma design systems, encompassing libraries, components, variants, and living documentation
• Further, you will produce developer-ready assets via Figma, providing annotated specs, redlines, interaction details, and accessibility notes for seamless handoffs
• You will proactively audit and consolidate various design systems across the portfolio where possible
• Also, you will advocate for UX standards, patterns, and governance across the application landscape to contribute to a scalable Global AI design system

• You have a degree or equivalent from a reputed institute in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field
• Additionally, you have a strong portfolio demonstrating responsive enterprise UI, complex data-heavy workflows, and mobile patterns
• You ideally possess formal training and/or certification in related technology or process areas
