Job summary

Pearl Global is seeking a Treasury/Finance professional to oversee monthly cash flow forecasts, banking and treasury reporting, and export-related financial operations. You will ensure timely fund availability and accurate documentation for efficient treasury management.

The role includes managing packing credit facilities, fixed deposits, remittance operations, corporate bank accounts, and hedging activities (forward, open, and option contracts) to support export/import transactions.

• Oversaw packing credit facility processes for export operations
• Supported trade finance operations by coordinating packing credit facilities and export related banking activities
• Oversaw preparation and maintenance of UFCE and FFR reports
• Supervised statutory dues, vendor payments, and operational disbursements
• Managed inward remittance operations and banking coordination
• Handled fixed deposit operations, including renewals and MIS records
• Administered corporate bank account operations, including opening/closing/dividend accounts
• Administered forex and treasury operations for export/import transactions, including hedging

• Oversaw packing credit facility processes for export operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fund availability.
• Supported trade finance operations by coordinating packing credit facilities and export related banking activities
• Oversaw preparation and maintenance of UFCE and FFR reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
• Supervised statutory dues, vendor payments, and operational disbursements to support efficient financial operations.
• Managed inward remittance operations and banking coordination to ensure timely processing, compliance, and efficient treasury management.
• Handled fixed deposit operations, including monitoring renewals, maturities, and maintaining accurate MIS records.
• Administered corporate bank account operations, including opening, closing, and maintenance of dividend and other business accounts in compliance with banking regulations.
• Administered forex and treasury operations for export/import transactions, including exposure analysis and hedging through forward, open, and option contracts.
