Job summary

Net Connect, a bullion and treasury-focused financial services firm in Mumbai, seeks a Senior Manager for Treasury Development to lead institutional client origination and advisory with a lean startup approach.

You will build a strong corporate treasuries, family offices, and HNI client base, position silver arbitrage against traditional money market instruments, and guide product strategy and pricing in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in treasury or institutional financial services.
• Experience in selling non-standard or structured investment products to treasury clients.
• Familiarity with MCX and commodity market mechanics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of institutional client relationships (corporate treasuries, family offices, HNIs).
• Own end-to-end origination: identification, approach, pitch, onboarding, with emphasis on silver arbitrage vs money market instruments.
• Act as primary relationship owner post-onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored advisory services.
• Prepare and deliver investment proposals, performance reviews, and market commentary tailored to clients’ needs.
• Coordinate with trading and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
• Monitor MCX guidelines and SEBI regulations to inform leadership on product positioning and pricing.
• Represent the firm at industry events to grow visibility and credibility.

• Proven ability to operate in a lean, early-stage setup, demonstrating comfort with minimal structure and high levels of autonomy.
• Familiarity with MCX, commodity market structures, and the mechanics of physical silver trading.
• Experience in selling non-standard or structured investment products to treasury clients.
• Preferably hold NISM/IRDAI certifications or equivalent compliance credentials.
