Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior-TD&E-FS-PM-PMO(NR) in Bengaluru to lead transformation delivery initiatives, integrating strategy and execution across technology and business processes. You will manage PMO/EPMO design, roadmaps, and cross-functional programs in a global delivery model, with focus on governance, reporting and change management.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in project management within BFSI, strong communication, and proficiency with PM tools and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing large-scale cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills incl. presenting to sponsors and staff at all levels.
• Experience with Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI); exposure to insurance engagements.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management / Investment / Commercial banking / Regulatory / Core Banking; Markets & Securities Services experience.
• Experience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban; scaled Agile is a plus.
• PMO governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and risk & dependency management expertise.
• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps / Power BI / Tableau is an added advantage.
• Experience working on Agile Transformation projects and with multi-vendor/global delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMO / EPMO design, setup and delivery using a structured PM methodology.
• Support full project lifecycle delivery from initiation to deployment including estimation, planning, tracking and scope control.
• Manage RAID processes and prepare RAID dashboards across technology, operations and business.
• Manage integration roadmap, track cross-functional dependencies and governance frameworks.
• Lead change management throughout project lifecycle and drive adoption.
• Generate and publish project health dashboards and MIS reports for stakeholders.
• Track benefit realization (Planned vs Actual) during project execution.
• Interface with client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams across a global delivery model.
• Ensure governance processes, policies, and standards are followed and support program reviews.

This career opportunity seeks individuals who not only understand the role technology plays in large scale transformations, but who have experience in designing and integrating technology and business processes to produce value driven solutions. These solutions often include multiple capabilities i.e. demand intake & prioritization, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/ portfolio/ transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform project and program management responsibilities including PMO / EPMO design / set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, and manage project management processes utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools and approaches
• Support managing full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting
• Manage RAID processes including risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies pertaining to projects and interdependencies across technology, operations and business, and prepare RAID dashboards
• Manage integration roadmap, including changes to technology, processes, risk & governance frameworks, and track cross-functional dependencies
• Perform change management through the lifecycle of the project and program and drive change adoption
• Generate and publish project health dashboards / MIS reports to various stakeholders including data gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of project metrics
• Track and report benefit realization (Planned vs Actual) during the course of the project
• Interface and communicate with program and project teams, management and stakeholders, including client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams
• Work within defined governance processes, policies, and standards, and support governance forums such as program reviews and steering committees
• Support KPI / SLA tracking and performance reporting to enable data-driven decision making
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors in a global delivery model to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Core skills

• Bachelor or Master degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the area of project management
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated experience of successfully managing large-scale complex cross-functional teams within a global environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executive sponsors and to all levels of technical and non-technical staff
• Experience working with Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, preferably with exposure to insurance engagements
• Knowledge of Wealth Management / Investment / Commercial banking / Regulatory / Core Banking
• Experience working with Markets & Securities Services, Lending & Transaction Management
• Experience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
• Knowledge of Agile project delivery experience; good to have experience working in scaled Agile frameworks, portfolio and product management using Agile tools and methodologies
• Strong experience in PMO governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and risk & dependency management
• Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS Server
• Demonstrated experience in automated reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven program tracking
• One or more industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO
• Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity / Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps / Power BI/ Tableau is an added advantage
• Good to have Experience working with Agile Transformation Project
