Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced data engineering professional to design and implement scalable data solutions. You will build large-scale platforms and data-driven applications using modern Big Data technologies, with a focus on distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in the full SDLC in Agile environments, and contribute to enterprise solution design and code quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with big data technologies and scalable data pipelines.
• Hands-on Spark, Scala, Hive, Kafka implementation and tuning.
• Strong distributed data processing and data pipeline development knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and fast-paced delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise solutions.
• Co-create new products, platforms, and technology accelerators for clients.
• Engage with technology communities, open-source initiatives, and user groups.
• Continuously learn and upskill on emerging technologies and industry trends.
