Job summary

InRhythm is seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong IT recruitment and client management experience to join our Bengaluru team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for large enterprise and Tier-1 clients across India, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding, while building trusted relationships and talent pipelines for critical technology roles in a hybrid Bengaluru

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in recruitment consulting, staffing, RPO, or talent solutions.
• Proven experience handling enterprise / Tier-1 clients.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the Indian IT talent market and technology hiring.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in IT recruitment and client management, preferably from a recruitment consulting, staffing, or RPO background. The ideal candidate should have experience managing hiring requirements for large enterprise / Tier-1 clients across India and be comfortable working directly with clients and hiring managers.
