Lyzr, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for its Applied AI team to own the delivery of enterprise AI agent deployments for North American clients. This hands-on role involves API integrations, data pipelines and LLM behavior with engineers, not delegation of work.

You will lead the technical team, manage executive relationships, and drive deployments from kickoff to production, ensuring quality, timelines, and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a technical team of 8–10 engineers across scoping, build, testing and go-live.
• Work through integration details with engineers and clients: APIs, data pipelines, cloud set-up, SSO and security reviews.
• Plan and track LLM application work, including RAG, tool calling, evaluations and guardrails.
• Run change control: manage scope changes, timelines and their impact on cost and delivery.
• Report clearly on status, risks and decisions to clients and Lyzr leadership.

About the role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager on Lyzr's Applied AI team, you will own the delivery of enterprise AI agent deployments for 2–4 North American clients at a time. You'll lead the technical team, run the client relationship with executive stakeholders, and take each deployment from kickoff to production.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can get into API integrations, data pipelines and LLM behaviour with engineers, not someone who delegates all the technical work.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI implementations for 2–4 clients at the same time

• Be the main delivery contact for client executives and technical stakeholders in North America

• Lead and guide a technical team of 8–10 engineers across scoping, build, testing and go-live

• Work through integration details with engineers and clients: APIs, data pipelines, cloud set-up, SSO and security reviews

• Plan and track LLM application work, including RAG, tool calling, evaluations and guardrails

• Run change control: manage scope changes, timelines and their impact on cost and delivery

• Manage service delivery after go-live, including SLAs, escalations and continuous improvement

• Report clearly on status, risks and decisions to clients and Lyzr leadership

What we're looking for

• 8–12 years of experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations

• 2+ years delivering GenAI, ML or conversational AI projects

• Proven delivery for North American enterprise clients, with direct client-facing ownership

• Experience leading technical teams of 8–10 people

• Hands-on technical fluency in API integrations, data pipelines, SSO and security reviews

• Working knowledge of LLM applications: RAG, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails and handling hallucinations

• Experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure

• Strong change control and service delivery management skills

• Comfortable working with US time zones and presenting to executive stakeholders

Good to have

• Experience at an agentic or AI-native product company, or the AI practice of a digital engineering firm

• Notice period of 30 days or less
