We need a strong Technical Project Manager who can translate product vision into actionable plans, lead engineering teams, and drive fast, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into a clear technical roadmap and sprint plans
• Lead engineering teams (AI/ML + Backend) and drive day‑to‑day execution
• Define technical requirements, workflows, and architecture documentation
• Manage timelines, delivery quality, and release processes
• Collaborate closely with the founder and business team on new use cases
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure smooth integrations
• Conduct daily standups, weekly reviews, and delivery reporting
• Prioritize features based on product and market needs
• Contribute to building a scalable, stable, real‑time AI voice calling system
• Prepare demos, prototypes, and feature releases for investors and clients
