Armakuni in Ahmedabad, India, seeks a Sr. Customer Solution Consultant with 6+ years in software development, AI solutions and AWS cloud to lead enterprise projects end-to-end.

You'll drive SDLC governance, collaborate with stakeholders, architect scalable solutions, and oversee AI-powered deployments on AWS, delivering high-quality, cost-aware results while advancing DevOps and modern delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical delivery, software engineering, or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Microservices, REST APIs, Software Architecture, and Solution Design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CDK).
• Excellent stakeholder management, technical consulting, communication, estimation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cloud, and AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive solution architecture discussions and work closely with engineering teams to define implementation approaches.
• Manage Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, resource planning, and release management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Data, and AI teams.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, RAG, semantic search, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communicate status to customers and leadership.
• Oversee cloud-native application delivery on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution estimates, Statements of Work (SoW), project roadmaps, and architecture documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting engineering best practices, DevOps, AI innovations, and modern software delivery processes.
