Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager – Solutions Business Unit to lead the development and delivery of datacenter and AI infrastructure solutions. You will drive cross-functional execution across software, firmware, FPGA, and product teams, ensuring on-time deployment and robust partnerships with hyperscalers and OEMs.

With 10+ years in TPM or related fields, you will own planning, risk mitigation, and governance while guiding roadmap discussions aligned to customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of datacenter architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering hardware/software solutions across global teams.
• Ability to engage with customers, architects, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of datacenter, AI infrastructure, rack management, and platform solutions from concept through customer deployment.
• Drive cross-functional execution across software, firmware, FPGA, applications engineering, product management, security, and ecosystem partners.
• Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive visibility across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to define requirements and drive solution deployment.

Technical Program Manager – Solutions Business Unit

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of datacenter, AI infrastructure, rack management, and platform solutions from concept through customer deployment and production.
• Drive cross-functional execution across software, firmware, FPGA, applications engineering, product management, security, and ecosystem partners.
• Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive visibility across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Partner directly with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to define requirements and drive successful solution deployment.
• Lead customer escalations, technical task forces, and complex cross-organizational problem solving.
• Drive solution lifecycle governance, release readiness, and portfolio execution across the Solutions Business Unit.
• Influence future solution roadmaps by connecting customer needs, technology trends, and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of datacenter architecture, distributed systems, rack-scale platforms, and infrastructure management.
• Experience with Open Compute Project (OCP) architectures, rack management systems, BMCs, server platforms, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale datacenter environments a plus.
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware/software solutions across global teams and organizations.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers, architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills with a strong bias for action.
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving difficult system-level challenges with limited structure or precedent.
• Experience in FPGA, AI infrastructure, embedded systems, networking, security, or cloud platforms is highly desirable.
