Harbinger Systems is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for Pune (Hybrid) to supervise the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable US healthcare applications. You will lead a cross-functional team including PMs, BAs, QA, and client stakeholders, provide technical estimates, manage priorities, and mitigate risks while guiding best practices.

The role demands hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and frontend React/JS/HTML/CSS, with cloud deployment via Azure and a focus

Position: Senior Tech Lead - .Net Core + FullStack

Experience: 1012+ years in software development, with technical leadership experience.

Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable US healthcare applications.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA, architects, and client stakeholders.

Provide technical estimates, manage development priorities, and mitigate technical risks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

AI Assisted coding experience

Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API, Background Jobs.

Strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Functions, Storage, Queues, App service, Networking and application deployment.

Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.

Experience implementing authentication and authorization using Auth0.

Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and role-based access control.

Design and develop RESTful APIs, third party integrations and integrate frontend applications with backend services.

Define technical architecture understanding, design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor development team members.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, automated testing, and deployment processes.

Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability.

Implement secure coding practices, encryption, access controls, and audit logging.

Understanding of HIPAA compliance and protection of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR is preferred.

AI Assisted coding experience is needed with GitHub copilot.

Preferred: Experience delivering enterprise applications for US healthcare clients using Azure and .NET technologies.
