Job summary

JLL in Gurgaon is seeking a diligent Engineering Specialist to oversee on-site electrical and building management systems within our facilities. You will manage MEP infrastructure including UPS, battery rooms, AC systems, and CCTV/Access Control, ensuring uptime and safety across critical environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical with minimum 3 years’ experience or B.Tech in Electrical with minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, UPS, battery systems, fire safety and ELV systems.
• Experience in operation & maintenance of facility engineering infrastructure.
• Proficient in BMS and Centralized Command Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation & maintenance of low-side engineering infrastructure.
• Manage BMS / Centralized Command Center operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for escalation per alarm categories.
• Work 24x7 on-site at Gurugram facility.

Qualification / Experience: (preferred)

• Diploma (Electrical) with minimum 3 years’ experience or
• B. Tech. (Electrical) with minimum 4 Years’ experience

Technical Competency:

• Well conversant with Facility Engineering Infrastructure including MEP (Electrical Distribution, UPS Units, Battery Systems, Critical & Comfort AC etc.), Fire Safety (Fire Alarm Systems, Detection Systems, VESDA & Suppression Systems) & ELV Systems (CCTV & Access Control Systems, Water Leak Detection System, Rodent Repellant Systems etc.
• Experienced in managing Operation & Maintenance of low side Engineering Infrastructure of facilities
• Well versed with operation of BMS / Centralized Command Center
• Sound knowledge of critical environment including UPS Rooms, Battery Rooms, IT Areas & Plant Rooms)
• Good understanding of escalation processes for notifying stakeholders as per various alarm categories

Communication Skills

• Good English reading, writing & speaking skills.
• Identify and choose most appropriate canned responses and amend, as needed, in clear grammatically correct English

• Comfortable with 24*7 365-day work schedules including India holidays and festivals
• Work collaboratively with other members and stakeholders.
