Job summary

You will coordinate with technical teams on pending RICEFs, serve as the primary contact for complex issues, and anchor cross-functional discussions with clients to ensure seamless technical delivery.

To understand client requirements and lead the delivery of technical solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP productâs enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
• 2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
• 3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
• 4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
• 5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
