Job summary

Adamsbridge Services seeks a Senior Technical Architect to lead architecture for enterprise SaaS products and ITSM operations, defining scalable cloud-native designs, lifecycle management, and production support.

Qualifications

Senior Technical Architect SaaS Products & IT Service Management

Experience

15–20+ Years

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead architecture, engineering standards, AI innovation, enterprise integrations, and ITSM operations for enterprise SaaS products.

The role owns scalable cloud-native solution design, application lifecycle management, production support, platform availability, and customer experience. Experience with Property Management platforms such as MRI, Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Product Engineering

• Define, govern, and review end-to-end architecture for secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Drive API-first, microservices, event-driven, and integration-centric design with strong performance, resilience, security, and maintainability.

Technical Leadership

• Provide hands-on MEAN stack leadership and mentor teams on architecture, design, code quality, and engineering governance.
• Lead modernization, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Customer Success.

Artificial Intelligence & Innovation

• Design AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, Generative AI, intelligent search, AI agents, and automation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve customer experience and engineering productivity.

Enterprise Integration & Data Architecture

• Architect integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, event messaging, OAuth, and API management.
• Design scalable MongoDB/SQL data models and secure integrations with ERP, CRM, identity, payment, and Property Management systems.

IT Service Management & Application Support

• Lead ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Release, Knowledge, and Service Level Management.
• Manage global L1/L2/L3 Application Support teams, ensuring production stability, SLA compliance, major incident governance, and service reporting.
• Drive monitoring, RCA, automation, self-service, continual service improvement, and smooth transition from delivery to support.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead technical delivery, estimation, planning, and risk management across concurrent initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with executives, customers, vendors, and global cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 15–20+ years in enterprise software engineering, including 8–10+ years in SaaS Solution/Technical Architecture.
• Proven leadership of global engineering and L1/L2/L3 support organizations in multinational, distributed environments.
• Property Management platform experience (MRI, Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar) is highly desirable.

Required Technical Skills

• MEAN Stack; Azure preferred, AWS/GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevSecOps
• Microservices, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, API Gateway, enterprise integration patterns
• MongoDB/SQL database and schema design; performance optimization; security best practices
• AI/LLM integration using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar; ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow

Certifications

Preferred certifications include:

• ITIL Foundation; Azure/AWS Solutions Architect; TOGAF; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile; Azure AI Engineer or equivalent.
