Job summary

Citi is seeking a Business Senior Analyst (Hybrid, Pune) to liaise between business users and technologists. You will define requirements, analyze processes and data, and generate reports to support strategic business planning. The role emphasizes risk-aware decision making and adherence to policies.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in business analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with SQL, Data Analytics, and JIRA. A finance-related degree (MBA/CA) and FRM/CFA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree like MBA (finance) or CA with relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• FRM/CFA certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk, Compliance Risk & Policy Management concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics; experience with JIRA and MS Office tools.
