Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis / NetWeaver Consultant and SAP HANA Administrator with expertise in SAP landscape administration, upgrades, migrations, cloud integrations, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting SAP environments across on-premises and cloud platforms, including SAP BTP and Microsoft Azure. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, security, and availability of enterprise SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support SAP landscapes including SAP ECC, BOBJ, SAP DS, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal (EP), GRC, Gateway, and SAP HANA.


• Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and patching activities.


• Manage SAP HANA databases, including performance monitoring, tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting.


• Execute SAP kernel, NetWeaver, and Support Package upgrades.


• Administer and support SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and ChaRM processes.


• Perform client copies, system refreshes, transport management, and landscape maintenance activities.


• Monitor SAP system health, workload analysis, performance optimization, and capacity planning.


• Support implementation, administration, and upgrades of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and integrations.


• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP Cloud Connector to enable secure connectivity between on-premise SAP systems and SAP BTP.


• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to support SAP workloads on Microsoft Azure.


• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis, NetWeaver, HANA, BTP, and Cloud Connector related issues.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guidelines.


• Participate in project activities related to SAP transformations, cloud migrations, and system upgrades.


• Provide operational support and recommendations to technical teams and leadership on SAP platform improvements.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis/NetWeaver administration and support.


• 3+ years of hands-on SAP HANA Administration experience.


• Strong experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and refresh activities.


• Experience supporting SAP ECC, BOBJ, SAP DS, Solution Manager, EP, GRC, and SAP Gateway (Fiori) environments.


• Hands-on experience with SAP performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and workload analysis.


• Experience with SAP TMS, ChaRM, transport management, and client copy activities.


• Experience supporting enterprise SAP environments hosted on Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering and supporting SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.


• Experience with SAP Cloud Connector installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.


• SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or SAP BTP certifications.


• Experience with High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and cloud migration projects.


• Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting, automation, and file transfer processes (FTP/SFTP) is a plus but not mandatory.


• Knowledge of SAP automation and monitoring tools.
