As an Operations Team Lead with a focus on data and research, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational activities of our organization's data and research department. You will lead a team of associates and researchers, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality output, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, guiding team members, optimising processes, and maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and research excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handling training and feedback to team members as per the needs of the project, daily Analysis of reports to the Clients and reporting managers
- Participating in meetings with clients, colleagues, vendors, or other stakeholders to discuss projects, provide feedback, and drive results
- Reviewing client instructions and create the quality check methods and parameters
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data and research projects within specified timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement project management best practices to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.
- Working with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and with quality standards
- Supervising and guiding others, including frontline managers
