As an Operations Team Lead with a focus on data and research, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational activities of our organization's data and research department. You will lead a team of associates and researchers, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality output, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, guiding team members, optimising processes, and maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and research excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Handling training and feedback to team members as per the needs of the project, daily Analysis of reports to the Clients and reporting managers
  • Participating in meetings with clients, colleagues, vendors, or other stakeholders to discuss projects, provide feedback, and drive results
  • Reviewing client instructions and create the quality check methods and parameters
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data and research projects within specified timelines.
  • Allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement project management best practices to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Working with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and with quality standards
  • Supervising and guiding others, including frontline managers
  • Developing organizational objectives
  • Making critical decisions for the outliers
  • Overseeing employee performance
  • Identify and remedy defects within the production process
  • Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
  • Compile and analyze statistical data
