We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Taxation Executive to manage and ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, including direct and indirect taxation. The role involves handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, and regulatory filings while supporting strategic tax planning initiatives.
· Prepare and file Income Tax returns for the organization in compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961
· Manage TDS/TCS compliance including calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
· Handle advance tax computations and tax provisioning
· Assist in tax assessments, scrutiny, and litigation matters
· Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax regulations
· Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
· Reconcile input tax credit (ITC) and ensure accurate utilization
· Manage GST audits and departmental notices
· Maintain statutory records and ensure timely compliance with tax deadlines
· Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
· Prepare tax reports, reconciliations, and MIS for management review
· Support tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities
· Monitor updates in tax laws and assess impact on business operations
· Provide guidance to internal teams on tax implications of transactions
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA/Inter CA preferred
· 2–5+ years of experience in taxation (corporate or CA firm)
· Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and compliance procedures
· Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems
· Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
· Analytical thinking and numerical accuracy
· Time management and deadline orientation
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to handle confidential financial data
· Experience in handling multi-state GST compliance
