Job summary

Alike Thoughts seeks an experienced Senior Tax Executive with CA firm background to independently manage taxation, accounting, audits, and statutory compliances.

You will handle GST compliance, prepare ITRs, manage TDS, finalize accounts using Tally Prime, and support tax audits and notices. Strong client communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with firm experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, accounting and audits
• Proficient in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Handle GST compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, reconciliations and GST notices.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for various entities.
• Handle TDS compliances and return filing.
• Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements using Tally Prime.
• Assist in Tax Audits, GST Audits, assessments and departmental notices.
• Prepare reconciliations, MIS reports and Excel-based working papers.
• Coordinate with clients for information, compliance and query resolution.
• Review junior team members' work and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Good analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
