Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across the GCC/shared services sector. You will promote global recruitment processes, partner with business leaders, source candidates across multiple channels, and screen and coordinate interviews.

You will manage the candidate experience from contact through onboarding, use ATS tools, stay current with industry trends, and provide hiring guidance to managers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience in Shared Services or GCC segment preferred.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Working knowledge of Workday preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Promote & follow the defined global recruitment processes & guidelines.
• Partner with Business Leaders to understand proactive staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) & other approved tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate pipelines, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and new recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
• Will be responsible to share hiring updates in the prescribed manner to Hiring Managers & Business on a regular basis.
• Support the lead in managing & tracking recruitment metrices.

About You:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ Years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in Shared Services or GCC segment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Working knowledge of Workday will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
