Levi Strauss (India) Private Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer, Supply Chain Technology to strengthen the o9 platform capabilities within the Global SC Technology COE. You will design scalable solutions and lead AI-enabled delivery that addresses complex supply chain challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform standards and practical, sustainable outcomes across India operations in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technology field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience leading and implementing supply chain solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing o9 technology solutions.

• Define reusable engineering patterns, platform standards, and delivery practices.
• Collaborate to build o9 platform capability and align team development with COE model.
• Lead an AI-enabled o9 delivery framework with data, functional, and quality engineering for scalable solutions.

Summary of the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer, Supply Chain Technology, to join the Global Supply Chain Technology organisation.

You will focus on engineering scalable, solutions that address critical supply chain challenges, with an emphasis on the o9 platform.

You are a hands‑on technologist with demonstrated experience designing, developing, configuring, extending, and implementing supply chain planning solutions that solve complex planning and operational problems.

You should bring specialised supply chain engineering expertise with deep experience in o9 technology, and be comfortable working in an AI‑led software development lifecycle.

You will partner across business and technology teams to align delivery with enterprise technology standards and deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.

About the Role

Mature Levi's internal o9 technology COE within the GTH India organisation by defining reusable engineering patterns, platform standards, and delivery practices.

Collaborate with techno‑functional engineers to build o9 platform capability and align team development with the COE operating model.

Lead an AI enabled o9 delivery framework with data engineering, functional engineering, and quality engineering to allow rapid, scalable, and quality solution on the platform.

Design and implement approved functional customisations to o9 capabilities, while engineering whitespace solutions where standard o9 or vendor functionality does not fully meet our needs.

Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, solution modelling, functional configuration, and technical documentation for o9‑enabled supply chain programmes.

Work with delivery managers to support sprint planning, estimate build and test effort, coordinate deployments, and ensure a clean operational handoff to support teams.

Collaborate with product managers and business SMEs to translate requirements into precise functional designs, guide solution roadmap decisions, and ensure agreement on supply chain planning priorities.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technology field
• 7+ years of relevant experience leading and implementing supply chain solutions
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing o9 technology solutions
• Experience in building extensions to constrained/unconstrained solvers, forecasting algorithms, predictive modelling, Algorithmic design thinking, design patterns, engineering and problem solving
• Relevancy with skills like SQL, R, IBPL, Python, and apply technology in building applications
• Work with external vendor partners and global cross teams
• Experience with retail supply planning, demand planning, IBP, S&OP, S &OE, Inventory management and replenishment is good to have
