Job summary

Phenom in India is seeking a senior structural drafter in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will produce clear structural drawings, GA plans, and shop drawings for concrete and steel elements, collaborating with engineers and architects.

The role requires 10–15+ years of experience in structural drafting, with advanced AutoCAD skills and RCC detailing. You will ensure QA checks and help coordinate across MEP systems to resolve clashes.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of structural drafting experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or CAD.
• Strong knowledge of GA drawings, BBS, and BOM documentation.

• Drawings & Detailing: Produce clear structural drawings, General Arrangement (GA) plans, and fabrication/shop drawings for concrete and steel elements (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and connections.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct strict compliance checks on all drafting packages before client submission to ensure accuracy and adherence to local or international building codes.
• Project Coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, architects, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to integrate systems and resolve design clashes.

Work Experience

SKILLS Required

• Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of AutoCAD
• Detailing Expertise: In-depth ability to draft and detail Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC)
• Documentation: Capability to prepare accurate General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Bar BendingSchedules (BBS), and Bill of Materials (BOM)

EXPERIENCE

• 10to 15+ years experience in structural drafting, primarily within residential, commercial, or industrial
