• Develop complex SAS macros usable across TAs in multiple studies.
• Mentor developers to create reusable SAS macros and listings.
• Review SAS programs, optimize for multiple studies, and use GTL where needed.

Senior Executive – Human Resources | MCA in Computer Science

Key responsibilities and required expertise include:

• SDTM/ADaM Dataset Programming
• Hands‑on experience in generating SDTM/ADaM datasets using SAS programming or other tool‑based approaches
• SDTM/ADaM Compliance & Define
• Hands‑on experience generating define.xml files, and performing SDTM/ADaM compliance checking using P21 or other compliance tools
• Thorough understanding of SDTM/ADAM concepts and challenges; solid grasp of TAUGs and relevant guidelines; implementation experience across TAs and various clinical train phases; familiarity with previous SDTM/ADAM guideline versions
• Expertise in Base and Advanced SAS programming; development of macros and generalized programs; creation of complex SAS macros usable across TAs in multiple studies; review of developed SAS programs; strong competence in SQL, SAS Macros, Functions, GTL, and other advanced SAS components; mentorship and supervision of developers to build generic standard macros, listings, or ad‑hoc requests in accordance with business requirements
