Job summary

Healthworld Hospitals Group is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse / Shift In-charge for NICU/PICU at Healthworld Hospitals, Asansol. The role requires GNM or B.Sc.

Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration and 5-8 years in NICU/PICU, with leadership or shift-in-charge experience preferred. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates and paediatric patients, monitor vital signs, operate NICU/PICU equipment, and ensure infection control and NABH standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in NICU and/or PICU.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition while maintaining accurate nursing documentation.
• Operate and monitor NICU/PICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps and patient monitors.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, NABH standards and patient safety guidelines.
• Educate and counsel parents or attendants regarding patient care and treatment plans.
