Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join the Nursing / Clinical Department in Dombivli, Maharashtra. You will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist during procedures while supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.

The role requires a B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with valid Nursing Council registration and hospital experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with valid Nursing Council registration.
• Experience in a hospital setting with supervisory or team-handling exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, condition, and treatment response.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Guide and supervise junior nursing staff and ensure proper patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare teams for effective patient management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
• Handle emergency situations effectively and escalate critical conditions promptly.
