Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering and CIAM experience.
• Experience with PingOne, Okta, Auth0 or similar CIAM tech.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, federation and API security.
• REST APIs, cloud platforms and modern software dev practices.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git and Agile delivery.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (CIAM) is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Customer Identity & Access Management solutions across global digital ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity services using our Connect 2.0 platform and related CIAM technologies. The CIAM platform is a strategic foundational capability supporting customer-facing applications, digital channels, and business programs across Animal Health.

What will you do in this role

• Design, develop, configure, and support CIAM solutions using PingOne and related technologies.


• Implement authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Authorization, federation, and consent management capabilities.


• Develop integrations between CIAM platforms and web-applications.


• Support customer identity lifecycle management and access governance processes.


• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.


• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and architecture standards.


• Participate in platform upgrades, market rollouts, and modernization initiatives.


• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

What should you have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.


• 7+ years of software engineering and CIAM experience.


• Experience with PingOne, Okta, Auth0, or similar CIAM technologies.


• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, federation, and API security.


• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withb2b and b2c CIAM and digital customer-facing web-applications.


• Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and identity governance.


• Experience integrating Salesforce, eCommerce, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.


• CIAM or Identity Management certifications.


• (web-) UX & UI creation experience
