You will manage large, complex programmes across geographies, engaging senior stakeholders and driving enterprise transformation initiatives that align with Accelya's strategic agenda.

You will apply governance, risk management and benefits realisation, leveraging AI-powered tools for portfolio analytics and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programme management experience leading large, complex global programmes.
• Expert governance and risk management with senior-executive stakeholder experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise transformation programmes (tech, commercial, operational, or M&A).
• Strong analytical, financial management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global programme workstreams with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Apply governance including risk management, change control, financial management and benefits realisation tracking.
• Use AI-powered tools for portfolio analytics, predictive risk identification, and executive reporting.
• Act as senior programme authority, advising executives on strategy and risk.
• Produce board-quality reporting and transformation progress narratives.
• Mentor junior programme managers and promote best practices.

Senior Specialist - Global Program Manager

Location - Pune

Role Purpose

As Senior Specialist - Global Program Management at Accelya, you will lead complex global programme workstreams, managing senior cross‑functional stakeholders and driving delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives that are critical to Accelya's strategic agenda.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead complex global programme workstreams, managing multiple cross-functional teams across geographies and driving delivery of enterprise‑scale transformation activities
• Apply advanced programme governance including risk management, change control, financial management and benefits realisation tracking
• Use AI‑powered programme management tools for sophisticated portfolio analytics, predictive risk identification and automated stakeholder reporting
• Act as the senior programme authority for assigned workstreams, advising executive stakeholders on programme strategy and risk
• Produce board‑quality programme reporting, business case documentation and transformation progress narratives
• Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Copilot) for executive communications, programme strategy papers and transformation narratives
• Mentor junior programme managers and contribute to programme management best practice

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years of programme management experience with demonstrated leadership of large, complex global programmes
• Expert programme governance and risk management skills with experience managing senior executive stakeholders
• Experience delivering enterprise transformation programmes (technology, commercial, operational or M&A integration)
• Strong analytical, financial management and executive communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; PMP or PgMP required

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Strong experience with AI‑powered programme management tools for advanced portfolio analytics, predictive risk management and automated executive reporting
• Expert use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Copilot) for board‑quality programme reporting, business case development and transformation narrative
• Deep knowledge of enterprise transformation programme delivery in global technology businesses, including AI transformation, commercial growth and M&A integration programmes
• Understanding of how PE‑backed technology businesses govern transformation portfolios and report strategic programme value to boards and investors
