Randstad Germany seeks a Controlling specialist to join the DACH Controlling team, acting as a business partner and Finance contact for Germany. You will support month-end closing, reporting, and planning/forecasting to help achieve short- and long-term financial objectives.

The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, BI tool knowledge, and IFRS familiarity, with 6-8 years of relevant experience. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
• Working knowledge of IFRS and any such certification would be added advantage
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
• Excellent working knowledge of excel / Google Suite skills and good knowledge of BI tools.

Position Overview

As a controlling specialist you are part of the DACH Controlling team, being business partner and Finance contact person for Germany supporting month end closing, reporting, optimizing processes and procedures and managing financial planning and analysis tasks that help the organization reach its short- and long-term financial objectives.

To be successful in this position, the right candidate will need strong communicative and analytical skills. Advanced Excel & Google sheet knowledge as well as good knowledge of BI tools will help you to contribute to your success

Responsibilities

• Support of month end closing tasks

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or MBA Finance

Working knowledge of IFRS and any such certification would be added advantage

6-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis

Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset

Excellent working knowledge of excel / Google Suite skills and good knowledge of BI tools.

• Prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting and experience is preferred

• possess good communication skills and be extremely capable of working in a team
• maintain calmness and a clear overview even in hectic situations

Shift: Shift Timings- 10 am to 7 pm India Time and shift flexibility is needed during the month end close/deadline
