Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced AI architect to design and scale enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions on Azure Cloud and Databricks. You will lead the development of intelligent agents capable of autonomous reasoning, tool usage, and workflow execution.

You will build RAG architectures, deploy LLM-powered apps using Azure OpenAI and open-source models, and establish MLOps/AgentOps practices for secure, observable AI platforms across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale GenAI/Agentic AI systems.

Role Description

• Design and architect enterprisescale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure Cloud and Databricks platforms
• Lead the development of intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning planning tool usage and workflow execution
• Build and operationalize advanced RAG Graph RAG and Hybrid RAG architectures for enterprise knowledge systems
• Develop scalable LLMpowered applications using Azure OpenAI foundation models and opensource LLMs
• Serve as the Databricks SME driving AI application development using Databricks Apps Lakehouse and Lakebase
• Design endtoend AIML lifecycle management processes using MLflow for experiment tracking model governance and deployment
• Architect multiagent frameworks and orchestrated AI solutions to automate complex business processes
• Develop semantic search vector database and knowledge retrieval solutions for largescale enterprise environments
• Lead model finetuning prompt engineering evaluation and optimization initiatives for productiongrade AI systems
• Establish MLOps and AgentOps best practices for AI application deployment monitoring and maintenance
• Design scalable cloudnative AI architectures ensuring high availability resiliency and security
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications APIs databases and digital transformation platforms

• Implement responsible AI security compliance and data privacy controls across AI solutions
• Develop observability frameworks including logging monitoring model health checks and AI telemetry
• Lead proofofconcepts innovation programs and AI transformation initiatives across business units
• Provide technical leadership in selecting appropriate LLMs embeddings vector stores and orchestration frameworks
• Mentor engineering teams on Agentic AI GenAI architecture prompt engineering and AI engineering best practices
• Drive CICD automation and infrastructureascode practices for AI application deployment
• Collaborate with platform teams to optimize Azure infrastructure and Databricks resource utilization
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in Agentic AI multimodal AI reasoning models and autonomous systems
• Contribute to AI capability development reusable accelerators and enterprise AI roadmap execution
• Act as the technical authority for GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes
