The CSO (Chief Security Office) Remediation & Accelerated Delivery (RAD) team drives effective solutions for cyber risk reduction. The team employs a multidisciplinary, layered approach to reduce risk and remediate vulnerabilities across data security. We are looking for a Cyber Security Risk Remediation Lead to manage remediation and risk‑reduction activities.
Responsibilities
- Drive cyber risk remediation across more than 15 technology areas.
- Analyze data based on risk and shape actionable insights.
- Lead delivery teams to resolve risk through quantifiable actions and outcomes.
- Manage difficult conversations to reduce risk across organizations.
- Drive conversations that result in cyber compliance.

Required Skills
Cyber/Technology Risk
- Strong understanding of technology risk and vulnerability areas.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning technologies across application, database, device, and API layers.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud security principles for both Azure and AWS.
- General information security proficiency (e.g., CISSP or Security First Bronze, Silver, and/or Gold certifications).
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills
- Demonstrated ability to track issues and drive outcomes to resolution.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Capacity for systems thinking and understanding of complex IT environments.
- Experience in document management and maintaining organized records.

- Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Copilot for Security, Darktrace, CrowdStrike Charlotte AI, or custom LLM integrations) to enhance detection, response, and automation workflows.
- Understanding of LLM safety, prompt engineering, or AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act readiness) is a plus.
- Exposure to data science fundamentals relevant to security (pattern recognition, supervised vs. unsupervised learning, model validation).
- Awareness of AI‑driven risks (e.g., adversarial ML, data poisoning).
