The Senior Specialist, Cloud, AI and Full-Stack Technical Lead supports the Portfolio Submission and Planner Management (PSPM) area within the Business Operations.
This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for designing, building, modernizing, and operating business-critical solutions that support portfolio, project, resource, and financial management processes. The role combines technical leadership with deep expertise in cloud engineering, full-stack development, AI-enabled applications, data integration, and DevSecOps.
The successful candidate will drive platform modernization, embed AI capabilities into business solutions, accelerate engineering delivery through AI‑assisted development practices, and mentor teams in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient products.
- Design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications using .NET, Python, APIs, cloud-native services, and modern web technologies.
- Build secure, scalable, and responsive user experiences using Angular and/or React.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions across Azure and AWS.
- Develop APIs, integrations, workflows, and event‑driven services supporting PSPM capabilities.
- Lead modernization initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
- Own end‑to‑end solution delivery from architecture through production support.
- Design and implement AI‑powered capabilities using Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI services.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into products, workflows, reporting, and decision‑support processes to improve business outcomes.
- Leverage AI‑assisted engineering tools to accelerate software development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Establish responsible AI practices covering security, governance, compliance, transparency, and observability.
- Drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies and engineering practices.
- Mentor and coach engineers on AI solution development and modern engineering approaches.
- Design and implement data integration, transformation, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Develop scalable integration patterns using APIs, messaging platforms, and cloud services.
- Ensure data quality, security, performance, observability, and operational reliability.
- Enable analytics and data‑driven decision‑making across PSPM platforms.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, and security controls.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
- Establish monitoring, telemetry, observability, dashboards, and alerting.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues across application, cloud, infrastructure, and data layers.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, SDLC, and operational readiness standards.
- Serve as the technical lead for engineering teams and strategic initiatives.
- Provide architecture guidance, design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver business value.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native architectures, AI‑driven solutions, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing responsibilities in technical leadership and solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Python for application development, automation, integrations, data processing, and AI solutions.
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud‑native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
- Proficiency in Angular or React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, data platforms, APIs, messaging, and event‑driven architectures.
- Hands‑on experience designing, developing, or integrating AI‑enabled solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG‑based applications, intelligent automation, or conversational AI.
- Demonstrated experience using AI‑assisted engineering tools to improve software delivery, quality, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and cloud operations.
- Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decision‑making.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
