Job summary
Amplify Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Coding professional to lead end-to-end coding, annotation, and validation across global and APAC markets. You will bridge Clinical Informatics, Product, Data Science and Analytics to ensure accurate, scalable coding assets and AI-enabled healthcare datasets.
You should have 7–9 years of healthcare coding with proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, SNOMED CT and related terminologies, plus strong data quality discipline.
Qualifications
- Medical or healthcare-related qualification required.
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, SNOMED CT, LOINC and related terminologies.
- 7–9 years of healthcare coding experience preferred.
- Experience in annotation, validation and data quality governance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end clinical coding, annotation and validation activities.
- Drive expansion of coding coverage across multiple clinical domains.
- Support terminology harmonization across markets and governance discussions.
- Coordinate with Product, Data Science, Analytics and Clinical Informatics teams.

The Senior, Clinical Coding role in the execution, development, validation, standardization, and optimization of clinical coding and encoded healthcare data assets across global and APAC markets.

The position serves as a bridge between Clinical Informatics, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Market teams to ensure that coding assets, healthcare datasets, terminology frameworks, and AI-enabled products are clinically accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end clinical coding, annotation, and validation activities.

- Ensure data integrity across datasets.
- Escalate critical quality issues.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Execute market onboarding assessments.
- Perform data quality and readiness assessments.
- Conduct gap analysis exercises.
- Support clinical and billing schema design.
- Review metadata frameworks.
- Review property structures and healthcare attributes.
- Ensure regulatory alignment.
- Support interoperability and standardization initiatives.
- Develop recommendations for data harmonization.
- Develop SOPs, coding guidelines and validation frameworks.
- Support sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Contribute to operational planning.
- Develop training materials.
- Supervising and coaching 2–3 coders.
- Conduct quality review sessions.
