Job summary

Applicantz is seeking a Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformations, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing and payments.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years in S2P/P2P, strong Excel skills, and collaboration across Finance, Procurement and Technology teams. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, and AI-enabled reporting tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams
• Hands-on experience supporting process improvements, transformation initiatives, or system implementations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Exposure to Ariba, Coupa, or Zip is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, or AI-enabled tools for reporting and process improvement is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments
• Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Gather business requirements and support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption
• Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology teams to optimize financial processes
• Support data governance, compliance, audit readiness, QA, UAT, and change management activities
• Work with business users, engineers, vendors, and system integrators to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery
