Job summary

Ibexlabs LLC. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – AI Solutions in Hyderabad, India to lead end-to-end AI/ML on AWS engagements.

You will design, review, and deliver scalable architectures using Bedrock, SageMaker, and related services, while collaborating with AWS teams to scope opportunities and drive proposals. You will mentor delivery teams, conduct technical workshops, and continuously evaluate new AI services.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of solutions architecture, cloud engineering, or related technical role with strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Proven design and deployment of AI/ML or generative AI solutions on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalents).
• Experience in an AWS Partner or SI environment—scoping engagements, supporting co-sell motions, or collaborating with AWS teams.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework: security, reliability, cost, operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for AI/ML and generative AI workloads on AWS, from discovery through delivery.
• Design and review AWS Well-Architected solutions across compute, data, security, and AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Collaborate with AWS account teams to scope opportunities, conduct validations, and support proposals/SOWs.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business goals into concrete AWS designs.
• Demonstrate value with AI-assisted coding tools to build proofs of value and prototypes.
• Mentor engineers on AI architecture patterns, cost optimization, and best practices.

About the Role

Twelve months into this role, you'll have designed and delivered multiple AI-enabled AWS architectures for our customers . From generative AI applications built on Amazon Bedrock to well-architected data and ML platforms — while becoming a trusted technical voice in our AWS partnership, helping scope and win new engagements.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for customer engagements involving AI/ML and generative AI workloads on AWS, from discovery through delivery.
• Design and review AWS Well-Architected solutions spanning compute, data, security, and AI/ML services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and related managed AI services.
• Partner directly with AWS account teams and specialist Solutions Architects to scope opportunities, run technical validations, and support proposals and SOWs as an AWS partner.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture reviews with customer stakeholders, translating business goals into concrete AWS designs.
• Use AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") tools like Claude Code to rapidly build proofs of value and working prototypes that demonstrate business impact to customers early in the sales cycle.
• Mentor solutions engineers and delivery teams on AI architecture patterns, cost optimization, and AWS best practices.
• Track the evolving AWS AI/ML and generative AI service landscape and evaluate new services for customer applicability.
• Contribute to reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and playbooks that help scale the practice.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 8–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud engineering, or a related technical role, with significant hands‑on AWS experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI/ML or generative AI solutions on AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, or comparable services).
• Experience working within an AWS Partner or systems integrator environment — scoping engagements, supporting AWS co-sell motions, or working alongside AWS account teams.
• Strong working knowledge of the AWS Well‑Architected Framework across security, reliability, cost, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting architecture and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain significant overlap with US time zones to support collaboration with US‑based partners and customers.
• Hands‑on comfort with AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to prototype quickly and translate ideas into demonstrable customer value.

Preferred:

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect – Professional, Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
• Background in FinOps, managed services, or security within cloud environments.
• Prior experience in a pre‑sales or other customer‑facing technical role.
