The role demands hands-on automation experience with Selenium/Playwright, Java or C#, and API testing, plus familiarity with Azure cloud services and IoT protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, electronics, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in software testing with strong hands-on automation experience.
• Experience testing web-based applications across functional and non-functional domains.
• Ability to develop and execute test strategies, plans, and quality reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Proficiency in Java or C# for test scripting.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, TCP) and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile tracking, defect management, and test management.
• Hands-on API testing using Postman and REST Assured.
• Understanding of containerization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with software developers, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing methodologies, tools, processes, and quality standards.
• Work effectively with local and remote teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and quality reporting processes.
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java or C#.
• Knowledge of IoT communication technologies and protocols, including OPC UA, Modbus, and TCP.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile project tracking, defect management, and test management.
• Hands‑on experience in API testing using Postman and REST Assured.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Understanding of containerization technologies and concepts.
• Relevant professional experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience with cybersecurity‑focused software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and secure testing techniques.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards.
• Hands‑on experience testing cloud-based digital twin applications.
• Exposure to industrial automation systems, Industrial IoT environments, or connected device ecosystems.
• Experience working within globally distributed Agile development teams.
