Job summary

Job Description

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead globally distributed teams
• 7+ years of experience working in an Agile, product‑centric delivery model, partnering closely with product managers, platform teams, and engineering stakeholders
• 7+ years of hands‑on technical experience building and supporting enterprise‑scale applications and platforms
• Deep expertise in agentic coding capabilities and AI‑assisted development concepts, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude (Code), OpenAI Codex/GPT, Cognition, Factory, MCP, or similar platforms - Includes platform administration, operational ownership, and production support of these capabilities - Experience managing incidents, availability, reliability, and adoption for developer tooling platforms
• Strong experience with observability and production support tools, with particular depth in Datadog (including monitoring, alerting, and incident response)
