Morgan Stanley’s Parametric unit is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Digital Platform team in a hybrid model (office 3 days/week, remote or in-office the rest). You will design, build, and support client-facing web portals and APIs, collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable features.

Required 7+ years of full-stack experience, strong ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Azure skills, plus experience with MongoDB and CI/CD. A Bachelor's in CS or related field is expected.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-stack web application development experience.
  • 3+ years of web and REST API development using ASP.NET Core.
  • 3+ years of experience creating modern web frameworks using Angular.
  • 2+ years of Azure cloud-native development experience - PaaS preferred.
  • OIDC and OAuth2 for web authentication/authorization.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own one or more major sub-systems in the Digital Platform.
  • Design and develop custom features on the Digital roadmap.
  • Enhance client experience with performant, resilient apps and APIs.
  • Contribute to automated testing with unit/integration tests.
  • Lead code reviews and evolve architecture for flexibility and testability.
  • Collaborate with global teams to meet delivery targets.
