Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to build and evolve internal automation platforms and developer tools. You will design Python-based services, CLIs, and APIs, focusing on robustness, usability, and maintainability.

You will operate in a DevOps/SRE environment, improve CI/CD workflows, and collaborate with multiple product teams to automate workflows, ensure quality, and support incident response.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience building production-grade Python software (services, libraries, tooling).
• Care about code quality: clean design, tests, maintainable architecture, CI, documentation.
• Comfortable in a DevOps/SRE-style environment: automation-first, monitoring-driven, security-aware.

Responsibilities

ContextWe are a team building and operating internal engineering platforms. Our scope spans CI/CD infrastructure and Python tooling/services that automate quality, compliance, and engineering workflows across multiple product teams.

Raise the bar on software engineering quality: architecture, testing strategy, code reviews, release, and documentation.
