Cotiviti Hyderabad is seeking Senior Software Engineers to join a Python-based product suite, APIs, and backend systems. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable services and collaborate across teams to meet information processing and payment accuracy goals.

You will work through full SDLC, write clean code, implement tests, and optimize performance while staying current with AI-assisted development tools and modern web technologies.

Formación

• Strong experience with Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like Claude code and GitHub Copilot.
• Basic understanding of ML and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and version control (Git).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks (PyTest, UnitTest).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Cotiviti Hyderabad is looking for Senior Software engineers for one of its product steam Python based application suite, APIs, and backend systems

The purpose of this position is to work independently to build and integrate several robust, fault-tolerant backend services and frontend for information processing requirements to payment accuracy products. This includes collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend systems using Python.
• Should be aware of Vibe coding tools and should be able to use it.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write unit tests and documentation for developed code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Responsible for handling the Security Vulnerabilities within Python Framework.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, OpenAI, RAG ).
• Should have expertise in using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude code, Github CoPilot.. etc
• Basic understanding of ML, LLMs, and Generative AI
• Prompt engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript (if relevant).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies like Java, J2EE and Spring framework (if relevant).
• Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, Vector DB or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control tools with awareness of the branching strategy like Git.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, OCI or Azure (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker (a plus).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PyTest, UnitTest, or others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.

Good To Have:

• Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or any other agile framework
• Exposure to business process workflow analysis such as JBPM, experience preferred.
• MogoDB, Microservices, Docker based development/deployments, Exposure to CI/CD
• Exposure to rule engines such as drools.
