Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Software Engineer to drive the architectural evolution, security posture, and engineering execution of our core platform. In this role, you will lead the design of scalable microservices, integrate enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks, drive automated delivery pipelines, and champion cutting-edge AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Core Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript via gRPC and the ABP framework.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM): Design and deploy enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM)/IDAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault), enforcing Zero Trust principles, Least Privilege access, and SCIM protocol integrations.
• Delivery & Test Engineering: Own end-to-end continuous delivery using Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK. Ensure platform resilience by implementing unit, functional, and Playwright E2E suites alongside Performance, Scalability, and Reliability (PSR) testing.
• AI Adoption & Technical Leadership: Champion the BMAD framework to establish governance and structure for AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, and build shared team skill libraries.
• Multi-Platform & Full-Stack Development: Build cross-platform services and native desktop applications (macOS, Windows, Linux) supporting complex enterprise user workflows.
• Observability & Operational Excellence: Implement robust telemetry, logging, and tracing across microservices to monitor system health, reduce latency, and ensure strict SLA/SLO compliance.
• Technical Debt & Governance: Partner with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams to manage technical debt, refactor legacy components, and establish standardized engineering best practices across Agile sprints.
• Problem solving & Troubleshooting: Active participation in the incident management process and contributing PIRs, taking ownership/accountability for a quick turn-around to resolve the incident.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with proven leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer in a modern product environment.
• Backend Stack: Deep expertise in C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core / ABP Framework), Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
• Databases: Advanced proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (DocumentDB) architectures.
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and custom CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Testing: Proficiency with automated testing frameworks, specifically Playwright for E2E automation and dedicated load/stress testing tools.
• Artificial Intelligence: Direct experience establishing spec-driven AI development workflows in production teams.
