Job summary

Google India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the GGN WAN Forms project. You will own end-to-end networking features from design to verification, collaborate across vendors, and contribute to scalable, reliable software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development using one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Go, C++, Python, Java).
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with development in a Linux/Unix environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an SME on networking features, own end-to-end from design definition, collaborate on standardization across vendors, implementation to verification.
• Analyze and solve technical problems within our software systems, with guidance from senior engineers as needed.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development using one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Go, C++, Python, Java).
